This work a curated course based on the research by MIT Prof. Dr. Otto Scharmer. The research and its practice has been conducted over the last 2 to 3 decades. The leadership theory and practice that he created along with support from senior educationists and professionals including Peter Senge (famous for Systems Thinking and Learning Organization and the book – The Fifth Discipline)
Around 200,000 people have been trained in this methodology.Companies like Google, Alibaba, Shell Oil, McKinsey, Federal Express and many more across the globe have been using this methodology.
